NLIU Bhopal is conducting the NLIU Legal Aid Clinic Workshop and Training Program on Capacity Building, 2019("LAC – WTP"). The initiative is in association with the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Service Authority.
Dates of the Program: 16th–17th February, 2019
This is a two-day program, where on the first day there will be a workshop on concept and operation of legal aid clinics in law colleges/universities. This will be followed by a training program the next day where the participants would be trained specifically in the concept and techniques of mediation.
Theme: Capacity building on legal aid clinics for law colleges/universities in Madhya Pradesh.
Eligibility: All the Law students studying in either 3 or 5-year Law course in the law colleges/universities in the state of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to attend this workshop and training program.
The cap is of 20 participating colleges/universities and slots will be provided on first come first serve basis
Last date for registration: 30th January 2019.
The representation from each college/university shall consist of one faculty-in-charge and two student representatives (1+2).
Complimentary accommodation and the meals will be provided to all participants.There is no registration fee.
