The blog aims to publish writings on contemporary developments in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including analyses of the Mediation Act, 2023, developments in mediation law, and the use of technology in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). It also seeks to feature case studies, comparative perspectives, and international practices in mediation.
