RGNUL Signs MoU With Mentblue To Strengthen Student Career Development & Placements

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mentblue to strengthen student career development and placements. Mentblue has been co-founded by Prafful Goyal, former Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Ashutosh Singh, former Senior Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Their industry experience informs the platform's focus on individualized mentorship. This collaboration is designed to provide RGNUL students with structured resources and support for legal careers.
Through this arrangement, RGNUL students will have access to Mentblue's support in the following format:
- Personalized Recruitment Preparation: Students will receive one-on-one guidance, including CV and cover letter review by professionals.
- Mock Recruitment Process: This includes mock recruitment processes such as technical and HR interviews and group discussions, conducted by professionals with experience in leading firms.
- PPO Conversion Guidance: Mentorship includes mock interview sessions for internship selection processes and guidance on converting internships into Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
The partnership focuses on improving students' preparedness for legal careers through exposure to professional practices, law firm dynamics, and expectations from firms and clients. It also aims to align student expectations with the practical aspects of legal practice and support long-term career development.
