Lawyer’s Collective has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Legal officer at New-Delhi.
Job Profile
The Legal Officer will work with the Affordable Medicines & Treatment Campaign (AMTC) team on drafting and filing Patent Oppositions. The work profile also includes making appearances at various patent controllers’ offices for pre and post grant patent oppositions.
Date of joining: June/July 2015
Salary: Negotiable.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law with sound knowledge of Chemistry & Patent Law.
Professional Experience: 0-3 years experience in litigation/research.
