The Gujarat High Court has decided to remain closed from September 12, 2020 till September 15, 2020, after 12 Court employees tested Covid positive on Wednesday. The Gujarat High Court has decided to remain closed from September 12, 2020 till September 15, 2020, after 12 Court employees tested Covid positive on Wednesday.
It is intimated that the High Court premises shall remain closed between the said period for sanitization purposes. Further, judicial functioning (both virtual and physical) of the High Court will remain suspended during the above period.
The High Court was designated to start physical functioning of the court from 14th September 2020. As a measure of abundant caution thus, all the employees at the High Court were administered Antigen test on Wednesday.
It is now resolved that physical functioning of limited Courts shall resume from 16th September 2020, after sanitisation.
