AIBE-XVI: Deadline For Online Applications Extended Till July 15

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has decided to extend the last date of registration for the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) XVI till July 15, 2021.

The notification in this regard has been uploaded on the AIBE's website yesterday and it states:

"The date for registration for AIBE-16 is extended till 15th July 2021, the rescheduled date for the AIBE 16 will be intimated soon."

Significantly, the Bar Council of India had, in March 2021, decided to reschedule the date of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)-XVI and it was notified that the revised date would be intimated soon, however the same has not been notified as yet.

It may be noted that the AIBE-XVI was previously going to be held on April 25.

Significantly, the Bar Council of India had recently decided that All India Bar Examination-XVI (AIBE-XVI) onwards, no books, notes, or study material will be allowed in the Examination Hall. However, the Candidates would be allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes.
