Fresh Matters Pertaining To Court 1 Of Karnataka HC To Be Listed On 7th Day Of Filing

The notice issued by the Registrar Judicial states that "It is brought to the notice of the members of the Bar that all new matters which are filed pertaining to Court Hall No I will be listed before the Court on the 7 day of its filing. If there are office objection, the matters will be listed under the caption of Orders. Even the matters will be heard for preliminary hearing provided the same can be heard without rectification of objections.
