    An Aviation Firm, Dunes Aviation has moved a Gujarat Court in a defamation suit against actress Nora Fatehi for allegedly making "reckless remarks" against the firm's chartered aircraft calling "toy plane", "Lego airplane" thereby damaging its reputation, PTI has reported.

    As per PTI report, the plaintiff firm has claimed that the actress recorded videos inside a Cessna Citation CJ2 aircraft during a Mumbai-Jaipur flight in December last year, describing the aircraft as a "miniature", a "toy" and a "Lego airplane" and posted them on her Instagram handle.

    As per the court website, summons were issued in April, and the matter will be heard next by the court of 12-7th Additional Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gandhinagar on September 25.

    Reportedly the plaintiff has alleged that the actress' statements were “reckless, irresponsible, and made without any technical knowledge, verification or factual basis”. The plaintiff has claimed that due to the actress's substantial follower base, her comments have cause “serious reputational damage, loss of goodwill and adverse commercial impact” to the plaintiff firm, reports state.

    The plaintiff has reportedly sought Rs. 3 crore in damages.
