Centre Notifies The Appointment of Six Judges To Rajasthan HC [Read Notification]

The Central government has notified the appointment of six Judicial Officers as Judges of the Rajasthan High Court. They are: (i)Devendra Kachhawaha (ii)Satish Kumar Sharma (iii)Prabha Sharma (iv)Manoj Kumar Vyas (v)Rameshwar Vyas (vi)Chandra Kumar Songara They will assume charge of their respective offices in the above order of seniority. The Central government has notified the appointment of six Judicial Officers as Judges of the Rajasthan High Court.
They are:

- (iii)Prabha Sharma
- (iv)Manoj Kumar Vyas
- (v)Rameshwar Vyas
- (vi)Chandra Kumar Songara
They will assume charge of their respective offices in the above order of seniority.
The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended their elevation vide Resolution dated January 22. Through the same resolution, the Collegium had also proposed to elevate Advocate Manish Sisodia. However, the centre's notification is silent to that effect.
