The Bar Council of India has clarified that no call for abstention from work/ strike has been given by it for today i.e. 11.03.2019 or for any other day and a letter circulating in Social media to that effect is forged. A letter written in a letter head of Bar Council of India with signature of J. R. Sharma, Additional Secretary, BCI was being widely shared in Whatsapp and Facebook....
