The Supreme Court collegium has recommended the appointment of Justice Satyen Vaidya, Additional Judge of Himachal Pradesh High Court as a Permanent Judge of the High Court. The Supreme Court Collegium approved the proposal for appointment as Permanent Judge on 19th April, 2022.
The statement released by Supreme Court read as follows:
"The Supreme Court Collegium on 19th April, 2022, has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Justice Satyen Vaidya, Additional Judge of Himachal Pradesh High Court as Permanent Judge of that High Court."
