    A judge of the Kerala High Court has gone into quarantine as a policeman who was tested positive for Covid-19 reportedly entered the High Court.

    It is reported that the officer entered the High Court to submit a file to a Government pleader who was present in one of the courts in the High Court. It is also learnt that this file was handed over to judge for his perusal.

    After this news surfaced, the Judge and his staffs, the Special Government Pleader, and some staff of the AG's office have all gone into quarantine.

    The disinfection drive will be taken out in the High Court today.  The authorities are also trying to trace any other person who would have come in contact with this Police Officer is being taken.

    Any member who have a chance of having contact with the said officer may please report the matter to the High Court Security and also take special care, the Secretary of Kerala High Court Advocates Association said in a message forwarded to the members. It is also reported that the Police Officer entered the High Court through SBI entry, wrote details, went to escalator, reached the doors of the court at the First Floor.
