A Bengaluru Court has re-issued a non-bailable warrant against actor Prakash Raj over allegations that he holds multiple voter ID cards in four states including Karnataka.
As per a PTI report, the NBW was re-issued on June 12 based on petition by advocate K Dilip Kumar.
As per reports, the private complaint alleges that the actor held voter ID cards in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana which violates Representation of Peoples Act.
Reportedly this was the third NBW issued against the actor; previously the court had issued summons to actor in February. Thereafter when the matter was posted in April and the actor was not present, the NBW was again re-issued. The third re-issuance happened this month and the matter is listed on July 25.
