The Project Saksham National Executive Committee has announced an open call for collaboration for Project Saksham 4.O, a nationwide legal literacy and legal aid movement aimed at strengthening Access to Justice at the grassroots level across India.

Scheduled to be implemented from December 2025 to December 2026, Project Saksham 4.O is envisioned as India's largest resource-based legal empowerment movement, bringing together institutions, experts, and civil society to ensure that legal awareness and assistance reach the most marginalized sections of society.

The proposed implementation of Project Saksham 4.Owill span 11 states, including Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand and Punjab.

    Call for Collaboration

The National Executive Committee invites participation and association from:

Honorary Advisory Board Members — Judges, senior advocates, academicians, policy experts, and professionals of eminence to provide strategic vision, ethical guidance, and institutional mentorship.

Academic & Institutional Partners — Universities, law schools, and educational institutions committed to clinical legal education, social responsibility, and community engagement.

Civil Society & Grassroots Organizations — NGOs and community-based organizations working at the last mile, seeking structured legal support and sustainable impact.

News, Media & Knowledge Partners — Media houses, legal portals, digital platforms, and knowledge institutions interested in documenting grassroots legal interventions and amplifying public legal awareness.

Project Saksham 4.O follows a resource-sharing model, where impact is driven not by funding but by collective commitment, institutional capacity, expertise, and outreach. The initiative focuses on legal literacy, legal aid delivery, documentation support, community outreach, and policy-oriented impact reporting.

Speaking on the initiative, the National Executive Committee emphasized that “justice cannot remain confined to courtrooms; it must travel to communities, homes, and the everyday lives of citizens.” Project Saksham 4.O aims to serve as a bridge between law, institutions, and the people.

Interested stakeholders and organizations are invited to associate with the initiative and contribute towards building a more legally empowered society.
