A Delhi Court on Monday dismissed the plea plea of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bhibhav Kumar the alleged Swati Maliwal assault case.Additional Sessions Judge Sushil Anuj Tyagi of Tis Hazari Courts rejected Kumar's plea and denied bail to him.
