    The Telangana High Court will remain closed for Summer Vacations for this year from 3rd May to 31st May 2021. However, the notification issued in this regard, states that vacation benches shall be sitting for the specified period for hearing matters as mentioned in the schedule.

    In the first half of the summer vacation commencing from May 3 to May 17, division benches comprising of Justice Ghandikota Sri Devi and Justice A. Abhishek Reddy along with a single bench comprising of Justice T. Vinod Kumar shall be sitting.

    On the other hand, in the second half of the summer vacation commencing from May 18 to May 31, division benches comprising of Justice Abhinand Kumar Shaviliand along with a single bench comprising of Justice K. Laskman shall be sitting, as per the schedule notified.

    The Judges shall be holding their respective Courts in order to hear the matters pertaining to habeas corpus pleas, anticipatory bail applications, bail applications, if bail is refused by Magistrates and Sessions Judges/ Additional Sessions Judges.

    It has also been provided that any other urgent matter may be taken up by the Bench, which cannot wait till the end of the vacation specifically permitted by the Senior Vacation Judge.
