    Three men were reportedly arrested on Sunday (October 26) for allegedly threatening a Judicial Magistrate First Class, damaging and pelting stones at his residence.

    According to a report by PTI, the accused, identified as Priyanshu Singh, Devendra Kewat and Manikesh Singh, allegedly damaged the property, hurled stones and threatened to kill the Judicial Magistrate First Class of Kotma Court, Amandeep Singh Chhabra, outside his government accommodation in Bhalumada, about 35 km from the district headquarters. 

    The report states that the incident occurred around 13:30 am on Saturday, when the three accused reportedly under the influence of alcohol, vandalised fixtures, including a lamp at the gate and threw stones into the courtyard.

    As per the report, the police has described the incident as an "attack to take revenge", as the Magistrate had denied bail to one of the accused six months ago.
