  • NLSIU to conduct Certificate course on Cyber Law compliance by Medical Institutions

    National law school of India University, Bengaluru’s advanced centre for research, development & training in cyber laws & forensics [ACRDTCLF] is conducting a two day certificate course on cyber law compliance by medical institutions & medical professionals on 6 th & 7th February 2016. Members of medical, professional  hospital management, authorities and staff  legal practitioners , teachers of medical,  institutes  students of medical, sciences  researchers & others are eligible to attend the course.  The course fee is Rs 15000/- and there are limited seats.

    The course will focus on  legal impact of ICT usage in medical profession,  cyber laws of India and its relevance to medical institutes and professionals, privacy and data protection laws and concerns,   telemedicine and law,  corporate civil liability, & corporate criminal liability of medical institutes  international legal standards, & measures  related Indian procedural laws and rules, relevant provisions from Indian Information Technology Act; data protection laws, privacy laws, criminal laws, medical laws, evidence act; other special enactments and judicial precedents
