Online Internship Opportunity at Common Cause

COMMON CAUSE, a registered Society with membership all over the country and operating on All India basis, has invited applications for online internship. Common Cause is an initiative in public interest litigation, for solving the common and collective problems of the people, has greatly contributed to the evolution and spread of the system in the country and its adoption by the people on a substantial scale for effecting redressal of public grievances.

Application Procedure: Summary in 500-800 words of the Judgement by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in WP 13 of 2003 on May 13, 2015 pertaining to large scale advertisement.

The summary must include the

1. Title of the case
2. Citation,
3. Relevant laws involved brief facts
4. Issues of law
5. Arguments of both sides
6. Court’s judgment on the issues with reasoning

Post Graduate/Under Graduate students and young research scholars from law schools/ colleges/ universities willing to work in an online environment.
