National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, is organizing the XII Edition of the NLS-Trilegal International Arbitration Moot [NLSTIAM].
Dates: 16th-19th MayThe XII Edition of the NLSTIAM’s problem would be based on commercial arbitration and smart contracts. The Problem-Drafting Committee is being chaired by Gary Born, chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at Wilmer Hale and a world-renowned author.
The problem will tentatively be released on 27th December, 2018.
In addition, NLSTIAM is collaborating with the National Law School Negotiation Mediation and Client Counselling Competition (NLSMNC). For the universities which choose to participate in both the NLS NMC from May 9th to 12th, 2019, and the NLSTIAM from May 17th to 19th, 2019, the organisers shall subsidise travel, and provide a tour of Bangalore and the surrounding areas in the 4 days between the competitions.
For international teams participating in the NLSTIAM, the Organizing Committee shall endeavor to subsidize the stay, in case of any pressing financial constraints.
