SC To Take Up 25 Miscellaneous Matters Every Tuesday [Read Notice]

The Supreme Court has decided to take up 25 Miscellaneous matters, along with 5 regular hearing matters on Tuesdays.
As per a notice, this would begin from 7 November.

Those matters which are not taken up, will be repeated the next week on Tuesday.

Further, in case any Tuesday happens to be a holiday or a miscellaneous day on account of a holiday on Monday, the not taken up matters will be repeated on the Tuesday in the subsequent week.
