Senior Advocate And Eminent Jurist TR Andhyarujina Passes Away

Senior Advocate and eminent jurist Tehmtan R. Andhyarujina passed away at 4AM on Tuesday.

He was the Solicitor General of India from 1996 to 1998. He was also served as the Advocate-General of Maharashtra. He was the junior of HM Seervai.

He authored “The Kesavananda Bharati Case: The untold story of struggle for supremacy by Supreme Court and Parliament “about the landmark Judgment in Kesavananda Bharati Case in which he also appeared.
