    With each passing minute, we experience the pervasiveness of digitisation; which in turn leads to increasing reliability of the humankind on the use of Internet. Internet being vulnerable to attacks and abuse has left many unanswered questions in the minds of the people. Symbiosis Law School, Pune through its committed countenance towards Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Law, now seeks to mandate a platform for enthusiastic law students by organizing this event.

    The Tech Legal Cell of Symbiosis Law School Pune is organizing a capsule course on “Legal Control of Emerging Concerns in Cyber Space” on March 26, 2016 at Symbiosis Law School, New Viman Nagar Campus, Pune.

    Eminent Cyber Experts like Adv. Pavan Duggal, Senior Counsel, Supreme Court of India and Harold D’Costa, Director, Intelligent Quotient Security on ICT in Education Summit shall address the audience in an attempt to throw light on contemporary legal issues in cyber space.

    The Capsule Course is spanned over topics as listed below:

    • Freedom of Speech &Expression and Social Media,
    • Illegal Surveillance and Snooping,
    • Cyber Crimes related to Business and e-commerce,
    • Cyber Crimes Governance,
    • Free Basics and Net Neutrality,
