Union Public Service Commission has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Superintendent (Legal) Vacancy at Ministry of Law and Justice.

Age Limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Pre revised PAY SCALE Rs. 9300-34800/-(PB-2)Rs.4,800/- (Grade Pay) As per 7th CPC Level 8 in the Pay Matrix (Total emoluments excluding T.A. and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 47,600/-p.m. approximately).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university established or incorporated by or under a Central Act a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a university by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government.

Experience

1. Should have two years’ experience as an Officer of the State Judicial Service.OR


2. Should have two years’ experience in the Legal Department of a State; OR


3. Should be a Central Government Servant who has two years’ experience in legal affairs; OR


4. Should have two years’ experience as an advocate at Bar.
