CJI DY Chandrachud: This video came to light which led us to ask you (AG) and SG to assist us. But this video is not the only assault on women. Number of other such incidents...so this is not an isolated incident.

Sr Adv Indira Jaising (for intervenors): There are many intervention applications...these are not the only two women who have been sexually assaulted. There is enough indication that there has been sexual assault of several women

SG Mehta: We have never requested for Assam. We have said that the matter be transferred outside Manipur. We never said Assam.

Sibal: They (Union govt) have transferred the matter to CBI and they want to move the matter out of Assam. We're against both.

CJI DY Chandrachud: So we will hear everything together.
