Mehta: Any deterioration of health condition may have impact outside. He needs medical monitoring and he must. He can be shifted to Medanta but let him not move out without medical advise of Medanta doctors.

Mehta: I had interactions with govt also. Medanta is reputed hospital. Govt has no objection if Wangchuk is shifted there but he may not get discharged against medical advice.

Court: To address your concerns, What if you are mobed to Medanta where you want to?

That can be done, Sibal says.

Mehta: I wanted doctors to assist your lordships.

After going through reports and after interacting with aiims doctors and doctor who attended him, there is consensus is constant monitoring is required. As per Dr. Tandon he has to ge monitored in hospital. The concern expressed by Wangchuk in letter is also to be taken into consideration. Sibal: His vitals are stable. Monitoring can continue. He is taking oral rehydration. Today the right he wishes to assert, he is on hunger strike. Today he has said, written a letter, in that he indicates what he has gone through at hospital. He says police personnel, phone not allowed even surveillance.

Doctor Tandon: There is intervention going on. I would have concerns about his, his ability to mount to any infection would be seriously impaired. Platelets are also on lower side. It needs investigation. He is not taking any calories. Source could have been breakdown of anything in liver, his body is exposed to acidic environment. Rise in uric acid informs that there is loss of muscle. Multiple things are expected where you are in fast but that doesn’t mean everything is normal. This requires continuous monitoring. I would endorse what is happening in hospital.

Doctor: For a male, haemoglobin of 11 for someone who lives in Ladakh, this is too low. You should have higher haemoglobin. For a male patient it is low. Given then white cell count which is low he is prone to infection.

Court: This is from onquest laboratories.

Doctor: This shows blood cell count is low. This is not normal. This is persistently seen in our reports too.

If WBC goes above 10k it is indication of inflammation and infection: Court

If patient has poor immunity then it can go low. Haemoglobin is also low: Doctor
