Adv Ali - As per the panchnama nothing was found from Dhamecha.

The rolling paper was recovered from Somiya, but she was allowed to go.

Dhamecha was called by Mr. Baldev Singh to add glamour in the cruise.

Adv Ali Kashif - I was invited as a guest by Mr Baldev. If contraband is found in the room, he should be questioned. There were 1300 guests.

The whole case is bogus against me.

Adv Kashif - I don't know A1 and A2. Just that Aryan Khan is a famous person.

I am behind bars just to give NCB a strong ground against Aryan and Arbaaz, that ordinary people have also been arrested.

      I am struggling the most.

      Sayed's arguments are complete.

Adv Ali Kashif for Munmun Dhamecha says that the panchnama is very clear that no case is made out against her.

Even the panchnama says that the alleged drug was found in the small desk, and there were two more people in the room.

Sayed - The only thing is, what is found on me and where I got it from, and that part of their investigation is complete.

It is not even their case that all applicants (Arbaaz and Khan) were together.

Adv Taraq Sayed for Arbaaz says none of the WhatsApp chats can be looked into because there is no seizure panchnama for the mobile phones.

My learned senior's silence says there is no panchnama.

Sayed says that when they were apprehended if no phones were found on them, where is the question of looking into the chats.

Then the only thing is the alleged recovery, Sayed submits.

Desai - They are some young kids. In many countries these substances are legal. Let us not penalise in bail. Let us not make it worse for them. They have suffered enough, they have learnt their lesson, if at all.

They are not peddlers, racketeers or traffickers.

Desai - We as a country have moved into a reformative state. Where earlier the punishment for consumption was five years has been brought down to one year in 2001.

Following a UN convention many countries removed cannabis from the schedule of dangerous drugs.
