Maneshinde - First time someone from the prosecution is saying how the matter should be heard.

ASG - I am just saying what the position of law is.

Adv Maneshinde - In none of the cases decided in the past was the issue of maintainability raised by the NCB. Especially, since I have not been found in possession of anything. My bail application was given in advance.

ASG objects to Maneshinde constantly saying that he is trying to dictate what the court should do.

ASG - I am merely saying this is the law. This is the correct procedure. First maintainability has to be decided.
