      Bench: We hold there’s no reason to interfere with schemes propounded by CBSE ICSE as there are other set of students supporting this and also cos we find the scheme is reasonable and takes into concerns of all students and is in larger public interest #CBSE #ICSE.

      Bench: Present scheme provides that exams will be duly conducted in which all these students can appear as private candidates, and that exam will be by 15th August- 15th Sept and results will be declared at earliest. The scheme deals with this eventuality.

      Bench: Objection was made for compartment, private and Patrachar students. Analogy of proposed scheme cannot be applied to private , compartment or patrachar students.

      Bench: All aspects were taken into account and decision regarding formulation of scheme was taken with holistic approach to ensure no candidate is prejudiced. It’s not possible to approach second guess approach as suggested by Mr Singh.

      Bench: If other Boards have conducted exams, doesn’t necessarily mean that Boards before us are bound to do that. These Boards are independent Boards. They have taken decision to cancel exams which accc to them is in larger public interest of the students.#CBSE #ICSE

      Bench: We observe its not possible to accept suggestions made by MR singh. At the outset Mr Gupta appearing in person stated that it would be appropriate to direct Boards to conduct examination. It’s not possible to execute the suggestion. #CBSE #ICSE

      Bench: After hearing Mr Singh and response given by AG, we have no hesitation in taking view that those suggestions can’t be taken forward. We’re of considered opinion that it will result in denial of option to students. #CBSE #ICSE #cbseboardexams2021 #class12exams
