      Goyal: Because of shortage of containers, only a bit of the stock is being brought in. From Odisha or Durgapur/Jamshedpur, we need to have a system of continuous trains running. This detailed planning has been done.

      Goyal: Everyday extraordinary efforts are being made on war footing. Day before yesterday, Delhi has been getting additional oxygen from Gujarat which is outside the allocation. What happened is that shortage of containers is the main crunch. The production is not the problem.
