CJI: There is also a writ petition saying the Act should be enforced...how many suits pending in all?

Counsels: 18 suits pending wrt 10 places

Sr Adv Singhvi: There should be quietus in the meantime. Interim order required in pending suits

CJI: We are seized of Mathura...hearing arguments on O7R11...

SG: So far as intra party suits are concerned, can third party come and seek stay?

CJI: We are not closing anybody. Everybody has right to address. 2 suits we are seized of...
