      Justice Chandrachud: The committee can have discussion with the industry leaders for logistics, but they need not be a part of the committee. Inputs can be drawn from them. We will now sit at 2:10 PM.

      Sr. Adv. Meenakshi Arora: We have received suggestions. One of them is that industry is a major part without whom supply cannot take place. So they should be on the committee. Another suggestion was to have doctors from the private sector too.

      Justice Chandrachud: Just like we didn't allow recriminations against the Centre, we won't allow the same for Delhi Government. You may have ideological differences, but that is of no concern to us.

      SG: If I may add - Court can consider having a large body which will not only look at allocation, but also State-wise allocation of oxygen. Smaller Committee for auditing each State can be formed. Small committee can have one officer from State, one from Centre and two doctors.

      Mehra: We have hospitals with LMO plant, we have hospitals which have plant but need cylinders and then hospitals which only thrive on cylinders. GNCTD is not involved here and its a matter of professionals. Tankers are then diverted to a particular hospital.
