      Salve: If an organization(refers to Facebook) is working in a way, that is for union government to summon us. The Legislative Assembly cannot do so. They rely on WSJ articles which are completely polarized. This is not how the powers are to be exercised. This is abuse of powers.

      Salve reads further “Surprisingly, a very important thing that came to committee's notice is the evidence that the content which is harmonious in nature, promotes unity and amity between two communities i.e. brotherhood, love, peace and harmony, Facebook removes that content.”

      Salve now reading minutes of the press conference held by the y Peace and Harmony Committee dated 31st August 2020.

      “As the issue of Delhi riots is still going in the court, a supplementary charge sheet should be filled considering Facebook as a co-accused.” He reads.

      Salve: One has to be naïve in believing that such a notice has anything to do with cooperative federalism. But we will still proceed with considering it as a legal fiction.
