J Khanna: Even if we keep on Friday, we will not be able to hear you

Sibal: Your lordships may dismiss then, elections will be over. This is not fair! Look how we were treated by HC

J Khanna: We sent you to High court because we do in every case...

Sibal: Please keep on Friday, or order interim bail

J Khanna: There is too much work

J Khanna: They also have to be given time, nobody will be prejudiced. Issue notice returnable in week commencing May 29
