Senior Advocate Devadatt Kamat (virtually appearing) : I am appearing in the lead matter. HC makes a factual finding that petitioners have not pleaded that they have been wearing head scarf. If State does not want to file counter, they should not later dispute this.

Dave : I am only request for tomorrow.
