Justice Gavai: statute provides for something to be done in a certain way, it also provides for appellate remedy, it provides time for 5-15 days. 

Justice Rao: the demolition yesterday was only of stalls chairs tables etc?

Justice Gavai: For that you require a bulldozer?

SG submits that even in MP notices were issued to people in 2021 and 2022 

SG: This has become a pattern, whenever issue arises instead of individuals coming in, organisation file petition and entire spectrum jumps in.
