Parasaran says what's there in the website is only an intimation that the movie is being sent to revising committee. Says the remarks were uploaded after filing of petition

Parasaran: I'm saying that this is only the communication. Not the order. I cannot challenge a communication. The decision is not uploaded

Court seeks clarity on what order was uploaded in e-cinepraman on 6th.

ASG says the decision was taken on 29th. Communication about the decision was made to producer on 5th through email and the communication was uploaded on 6th. 

CJ: The decision of board, which was termed as bad in law, was taken by the board on 6th? The same day you filed you filed petition?

Parasaran: Yes. But the order was passed after institution. I'm not privy to the order. They have not given it to me. Only communication

Parasaran: All dates that I have presented are from their website. All records are their records. There's nothing new. That's one

Parasaran: Two, the member is required to give his opinion after viewing the movie. Even his subsequent opinion, it has been taken care of already through incisions

CJ: You cannot say that it is an exceptional case and natural justice principles don't have to be followed

Parasaran: I'm not saying that it is exceptional case. I'm just saying that the facts are not disputed so was there a necessity of counter.
