SG - Look at the authorised representatives of the political parties. They don’t have FRs. Look at the prayer - Permit Pet No. 1 to prove the majority. Why should they ?

Bhushan.J- Who is appearing for the Governor

SG - I have been served at late night at 11.30pm as Tushar Mehta, SG. So I am here. I don’t know about the Governor. One thing has stuck to me -

Sr. Adv. Mukul Rohatgi - I appear for some BJP MLAs. According to me, there is no FR under 32 for a political party. First they must go for 226 and not come here.

Also, There should never be a hearing on Sunday. Why should this be heard.

      J. Bhushan - This is the discretion of the CJ.

MR - According to me, this matter should not have been listed.

Between 7pm and 5.17am. If they have the majority, let them display. If they don’t have, allow us to form government. This is now settled law in Rameshwar case.

What approach was made, what letters were sent, nothing is known to us.

    • 24 Nov 2019 6:12 AM GMT

      J. Ramana - You don’t have any documents ?

      KS - Nothing, nothing.

    • 24 Nov 2019 6:12 AM GMT

      J. Bhushan - When was the letter given that they have the support ?

KS - We don’t know. That’s not on record. Invitation of Governor is not on record.

    • 24 Nov 2019 6:12 AM GMT

The only thing to do today is if they believe that they have the support, they must be directed to conduct a floor test.
