Judge Lau to prosecution- your prayer for cancellation is not being pressed. As you do not have any material, you cannot press

Judge Lau- Whenever he comes to Delhi, he'll give a schedule of when he's coming, where he'll go.

The concerned DCP is to be given a daily schedule.

Pracha- You've said election is the biggest democratic festival..why would they want to prevent me from participating in this festival?

On a side note, Judge Lau says the preamble must be read everyday.

"We decided that on Constitution day. We must keep the preamble in our heart."

Lau says the problem will come when your DCP doesn't give permission.

Lau to Pracha- But you must ensure, while taking permission that it will not inconvenience anyone

Judge Lau asks both sides when and where Azad will mark his attendance when in Delhi.

Pracha says anywhere they say.

Pracha says I'll take permission for any rally.

IO says if he attends a rally or calls for one, the DCP must be informed.

Judge Lau to ACP- Any material that you have for you to apprehend any threat to law and order, public order, national security etc?

Pracha assures that they can have an informer with me at all times.

Assures that Azad will only invoke baba saheb and the Constitution

Judge Lau asks police if their plea for cancellation is dropped

"You say hate speeches, what has he done, where is the material. Don't spread such things. Remember the State is all powerful. Now tell me what else you have as grounds"
