[Live Updates] SC Rejects Plea To Defer UPSC Exams

Bench: If you want UPSC to do something, be persuasive, not degrading.

Shukla: I stand corrected. We expect UPSC to be more humane. 

Shukla: We have also proceeded to see the response, but it appears that UPSC is bent upon proceeding with the exam and they haven’t addressed our concerns.

Bench: Don’t see “bent upon”. They’re duty bound. Use different words.
