Farasat:

2) Program aims at creating an image of one group of citizens that they're not worthy of public life in the country and strikes at the core of dignity

3) Affirmative responsibility on every body of the state to protect Fundamental rights

Farasat: I will now go over the constitutional aspects of this -

1) Ability to access equality of employment is completely demeaned - this is the direct attack which is insinuated by the show. 

Farasat: 9(1)(c) of the Delimitation Act, 2002 says that where the reservation of SC & ST's should happen where their population is comparatively large. This provision there on zakatindia's website. All this vilification very deliberate.

Farasat: The muslims are stabbing OBC's in the back - this theme is based on a slide on the zakatindia site.

Farasat: Bhai-chara (Brotherhood) is basically now something which must be defeated, according to the transcripts. The continuation of the theme of infiltration - "infiltration" into the OBC schemes and quotas by muslims.

J Chandrachud : We need to focus on those ingredients which are hate speech against a community.

Farasat: The nature of the program and its message is intrinsically linked with hate-speech and vilification of a community. This never operates in isolation

Justice Chandrachud: If it is an attack on ZFI, then I don't know if the SC should spend so much time on this. A part of this program is an attack on Zakat Foundation.

Whoever doesn't want to watch it, may not. Go and read a novel baba... turn off the tv.

J Chandrachud asks : Who the program is attacking? The Muslim community or the Zakat Foundation?

I don't know who watches this (he smiles).

But the SC as an institution is only concerned about the attack on Muslims and not the Zakat Foundation.
