AG, “People were migrating in crores, they wanted the industries to continue. The notif was to keep the workers put, they’d only stay put if they are paid.”

AG submits, “The National Executive Committee is responsible for the policy and will ensure the compliance with the notification”.

He continues with reference to DMA, “Plan and coordinate and lay down guidelines for any kind of threatening disasters”

AG informs the Bench that it is a matter of settlement.
