Rohatgi: The FIR has been lodged under many sections, but the most important is S. 124A(sedition). The modus operandi is that a section is used to block the bail.

Rohatgi: A report was given which says that the Petitioner has crossed the boundary of fair criticism and he has been making allegations against the CM. I am not disputing anything.

Rohatgi: It’s all on Affidavit and he has the temerity to say I cannot make such statements. An FIR was lodged and I will read this which says that a preliminary inquiry was ordered.

Dave: Don’t say things which are unwarranted. He’s not a party here and he cannot make such statements against the CM just because 225 people are listening.

Rohatgi: I will say whatever I want.

Bench: Why are two seniors fighting like this ?

Rohatgi: He has been preaching that the party and CM are not following properly policies. They are favouring one class. He has also applied for cancellation of the bail of the CM. The CM has faced more than 200 cases

Rohatgi: I will place my case in ten minutes. My client is a sitting MP belonging to the ruling party in AP. He has been critical of the leadership of the party and CM for more than one year.
