The book emerges from the AmiQuiz Curiae — the All-India Lawyers' Quiz — and aims to make legal awareness engaging, interdisciplinary, and accessible to a wider audience. It is authored by Raghav Chakravarthy, a trained lawyer, quizzer, and quizmaster with over eleven years of experience in the field. (3) In July 2026, the Delhi High Court restrained a Patna-based real estate firm from incorporating or operating under an infringing corporate name.

The Court held that the defendant's adoption of the name was a dishonest attempt to "encash" on the brand equity of a legendary video game and console manufacturer, reaffirming that distinctively coined house marks enjoy cross-category protection even when used in a completely unrelated sector.

Which multinational corporate giant filed this trademark infringement suit?

    (4) The founder of Indian Coffee House once approached the newly constituted Supreme Court to challenge his preventive detention. Represented by noted constitutional lawyer M.K. Nambiar, he became the central figure in the first case before the Court to interpret the Constitution of India. In that decision, Justice Fazl Ali delivered a significant dissent, holding that the detention was unconstitutional.

Name either the personality or the landmark case in question.

    (5) This pictured book, written by Senior Advocates Fali S. Nariman & Vinoo Bhagat, is a compilation of anecdotes, court humor, and legendary repartees centred on a legal titan- India's first Solicitor General and second Attorney General.
