CMRL Exalogic Case: #KeralaHighCourt to shortly pronounce its verdict in the plea seeking registration of FIR against ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena T. and her husband/former Minister Muhammed Riyas
The plea had questioned the State's move for preliminary enquiry before FIR registration when information was received from the Enforcement Directorate about alleged commission of Prevention of Corruption Act offences.
