Justice Pardiwala: Mr Mehta, how many schools are there in the region? How many students in these schools? And whether the condition is conducive to go to school? And how many medical centres are there?

SG Mehta: All this is mentioned in report I filed today.

Gonsalves: 118 tribal bodies are rotting in the morgues and there is no access to the morgue for families.

CJI DY Chandrachud: See that the bodies are identified Mr SG and give us information on compensation etc.

Gonsalves: Compensation scheme is there but there has been no compensation.

Kumar: I hope that it is not being suggested to give compensation to infiltrators.

SG Mehta: Most of the unclaimed bodies are those of the infiltrators who came with certain agenda...

CJI DY Chandrachud: But those raped and murdered are our people right? So we need to make this right.

Sr Adv Ranjit Kumar: People are coming in an influx. Same people on both side- same people on border - I've shown the UN doc on drugs and crime and Myanmar govt doc. Why is all this happening?

CJI DY Chandrachud: We're giving you a broad idea so there are no surprises in our court.

CJI DY Chandrachud: We're clear about the fact that entrusting CBI will investigation of 6500 FIRs is impossible. At the same time, state police can't be entrusted. So what do we do? Come back on that.
