#BREAKING Supreme Court orders that Mohammed Zubiar should be released on bail beforer 6 PM today on furnishing bail bonds.

Order : We are of the view that the alternate prayer of the petitioner should be accepted. All the FIRs registered against the petitioners, including the 6 FIRs noted above, should be transferred for investigation by Delhi Police.

Order : FIRs in all cases must be clubbed together and handled by one investigating authority.

ORder : In the present case, there is no justification to keep him in continued custody any further and subject him to diverse proceedings when the gravamen of allegations arises from the Tweets which forms part of investigation by Delhi Polcie.

Order : As the narration of facts indicate, the grant of leave first by this Court on July 12 and next by the Patial House Courts on July 15 still leaves the petitioner embroiled in a series of proceedings where he is either in judicial custody or where police remand application
