AAG : On May 27, he tags the TV news debate with Bajrang Muni, though the debate had nothing to do with Baba Bajrang Muni..(inaudible).

Judges are discussing among themsleves.

AAG : Speech was about raping women of particular community. Within few areas, there was major communal tension in Sitapur area.

AAG : See the Sitapur case. There was a speech by Bajrang Muni where he has a lot of followers. On April 2, he makes objectionable speeches. Nobody comes forward for complaint. On April 7, the accused here makes it viral. He does not tag Sitapur police. He makes it viral.

Justice Chandrachud : Do you want the investigations go in Chandoli, Muzzafarnagar, Hathras...and Delhi has happened in first in point of time.

AAG : Delhi is not first. In fact, he is so active in his viciousness that he has not even spared a 10 year old girl that there is a POCSO Case.

Justice Chandrachud : Admittedly, the Delhi police is investigating the matter. They have invoked Sec 35 FCRA also. He has been granted bail by Sessions Judge in Delhi. Having regard to that, where would the balance of justice really lie?

UP AAG : His lakhs of followers retweeted it and entire incident was blown up and communal disharmony takes place in the same district. On June 22, he gave a written apology saying that without checking facts he had gone ahead.

UP AAG : The local issue is taken all over the country. 14th June he tweeted. 15 June situation became serious. He admits that it was not a communal issue...

UP AAG : He takes advantage of this video. Tweets it to his lakhs of followers, putting sentences that will inflame violence.
