Advocate General : They should be in the pleadings. SG should refrain from making such submissions which are not on record.

Advocate General Kishore Dutta takes objection to SG repeatedly saying "CM barged into office" as state of West Bengal has not been made a party in the CBI's petition and no copy has been served on the state.

Luthra : I find it really discomfiting that an agency, which carries out hostile arrests, in violation of all procedure, gives a lecture on rule of law.
