Khanna : These are meritorious students..upto 12th they are running for counselling. stray round is still not over..they are losing a chance..

Justice Kant : You have yourself chosen not to apply.

Khanna : With what frame of mind they will apply.

Justice Kant : There was no such embargo that if you apply for round 1, round 2 they will not be able to apply. There was no such condition.

Bhati: We are only trying to catchup. If this happens, we will be derailed. Doctors are in the medical college hospital and they have a very useful role to play.

Khanna : Majority of students want postponement. We have given representation to the Prime Minister. All of us are running from pillar to post.

Justice Chandrachud : See, 2 lakh 6000 doctors have registered? They have prepared. There are two sets of students. How can we postpone for one set of students.

J Chandrachud : Your contention is that States are doing counselling on May 12 and you want exam postponed. How can we do that? How many are appearing for the exam?

ASG Bhati : 2 lakh 6000 doctors have registered.

Justice Chandrachud : Mr Khanna, while the NEET PG is going to take place on May 21. You want the postponement. How can we do that? Just to avoid some hardship for some, how can we cause hardship to all, who have prepared and studied? How can we do? You should have registered.
